1. Identification and scope

This policy applies to FinAInteli and covers the processing of personal data in the mobile app, the website, the support pages, and the technical services used to operate those experiences.

It should be read together with the app settings and the user privacy choices page, where we explain how to review permissions, request deletion, and exercise other rights.

2. Data we may process

We aim to process only the data necessary to deliver the product features, keep the account secure, provide support, and improve the stability of the service.

  • Account and contact data such as name, email address, internal account identifiers, and messages submitted through support forms.
  • Financial information entered by you, such as accounts, balances, categories, goals, transactions, recurring entries, notes, and other information related to personal finance management.
  • Technical and diagnostic data such as app version, language, device model, logs, crash reports, and information needed to detect, investigate, and fix errors.
  • Content submitted to AI features, such as prompts, user-provided context, and generated responses used to support the in-app experience.

3. Purposes of processing

Data may be used to create and authenticate accounts, save preferences, sync information across devices, restore backups, display reports, and provide personalized FinAInteli features.

It may also be used for support, security, abuse prevention, technical monitoring, crash diagnostics, performance improvements, compliance with legal obligations, and operation of AI features when requested by you.

4. Sharing with third parties and service providers

We may share data with vendors that support infrastructure, storage, authentication, crash monitoring and diagnostics, AI processing, support, and other operational tools strictly required to run the service.

When that happens, sharing should be limited to the minimum necessary to operate the service, provide the requested feature, protect the product, or comply with legal requirements. We do not sell personal data to data brokers and do not share it for resale.

5. Tracking, advertising, and ATT

In the current version of the app, FinAInteli does not track users or devices across apps and websites owned by other companies for personalized advertising or ad measurement and therefore does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission.

If that practice changes in a future version, this policy will be updated and any required permissions will be requested in accordance with platform rules and applicable law.

6. Security, retention, and deletion

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data, including access control, protection in transit, operational review, and access limitation based on need.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, respond to user requests, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve platform security. When you request account deletion, associated data may be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

7. Your rights and choices

You may request access, correction, update, portability, deletion, or more information about the processing of your data, subject to applicable legal and technical limitations.

You may also review permissions on your mobile device, manage in-app preferences when available, and use the privacy choices page to understand the available request and deletion paths.

8. Contact and requests

For privacy-related questions or requests, write to marcelo.cae@gmail.com.

You can also use the FinAInteli support page to submit your request. The contact listed in this policy is the privacy point of contact.
