By creating an account, accessing, or using FinAInteli, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the app or related services.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these terms or, when applicable, that you are duly authorized by a legal guardian to use the service under the laws that apply to you.

Part of the FinAInteli experience depends on an active account, authentication, and cloud infrastructure. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and restricting unauthorized access to your device and account.

We may adopt verification measures, password resets, temporary restrictions, or account termination when there is suspected fraud, misuse, violation of these terms, or material risk to service security.

FinAInteli is licensed for personal, internal use with a focus on financial organization, goal tracking, management of accounts, cards, bills, and reporting. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and updating of the data entered into the app.

You must not use the service for fraud, unauthorized reverse engineering, abusive automation, infrastructure interference, unauthorized access attempts, infringement of third-party rights, or any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

Financial records, notes, and other content entered by you remain your responsibility. When cloud synchronization is enabled, that data may be stored and processed to support backup, restore, and continuity of use across devices.

You acknowledge that synchronization and backup depend on technical availability, connectivity, account integrity, and third-party limitations. Although we adopt reasonable safeguards, no online service can ensure uninterrupted availability or zero operational risk.

FinAInteli may offer free features and premium features through monthly, annual, or other commercial subscription models disclosed at the time of purchase.

When the purchase is made through the app store used for the purchase, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and subscription management are also governed by that platform's rules. Unless expressly stated otherwise, cancellation must be managed through the account used for the purchase.

The app may offer artificial intelligence features for organization, interpretation, suggestions, and support with financial decision-making. Those outputs are informational and assistive only and do not constitute professional advice, investment advice, accounting guidance, or legal counsel.

You should carefully review any AI-generated response before relying on it. These features do not replace your own judgment or the guidance of qualified professionals when needed.

FinAInteli, including its software, brand, visual identity, interfaces, texts, and other service elements, is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to the product owner or its licensors.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the app in compliance with these terms. This license does not allow copying, sublicensing, distributing, selling, disassembling, or commercially exploiting the service except as expressly permitted by law and these terms.

We may update, modify, discontinue, or restrict app features at any time for technical, operational, legal, commercial, or security reasons.

We may also suspend or terminate access to the service, with or without prior notice when reasonably necessary, in cases of misuse, violation of these terms, unpaid premium obligations when applicable, legal requirements, or risk to platform integrity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinAInteli is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee complete absence of errors, uninterrupted availability, full compatibility with every device, or the avoidance of indirect losses arising from use of the service.
